All items requested to be shipped are subject to a standard shipping/storage and handling fee of $8.25.

We will try to consolidate items when we can to lower your shipping costs.

All items designated for shipping will ship out within a week after the Auction ends.

Due to the expense for packaging and shipping oversized items, some items may be subject to additional 'oversized shipping charges.' Please refer to each item listing description for specifics

WCTE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items. No items are guaranteed to be replaced if lost or stolen.

Please make sure you update your shipping address on your profile prior to bidding.

WCTE is not responsible for replacing or refunding any items that are sent to an outdated or old address. WCTE is not responsible for the condition of any items once they have left the post office.

For purchases marked PICK-UP ONLY, you must schedule a pickup time by using The Great TV Auction Pickup link, sent to you by email after completing your transaction. Pickup times are done every 15 minutes on the days/times listed below. Note that ALL ART PIECES MUST BE PICKED-UP at WCTE Studios. We recommend items with high retail value be picked up, not shipped.

Pick-up hours are:

Thursday, June 15th from 9 am-6 pm
Friday, June 16th from 9 am-6 pm
Saturday, June 17th from 9 am-6 pm

Where do I pick up my items?
WCTE, 6 South Madison Avenue, Cookeville, TN 38501

NOTE: This is the one-way street that runs behind the Arcade Building on the Cookeville Courthouse Square. Please pull in from Broad St. and park in one of the two designated parking spaces labeled "WCTE Auction Pickup" and call the number on the sign. Someone will load your purchases in your vehicle.

Additional pick-up times may be available by appointment only. Please contact the Auction offices at 931-528-2222.

*If Items are not picked up by July 1, 2023, all items will incur a $10/month storage fee PER item.

*Any items not picked up by September 1, 2023, will be relisted in future auctions. The high bidder will not be refunded. Please pick up during designated times or make arrangements for shipping.

Why are we charging a storage fee?
WCTE has limited storage throughout the year. Additional storage is rented on a month-by-month basis to make room for Auction items.
